About Me

Hi, I’m Marissa Kathleen Brown — a wife, mother of three, and the head trainer at Greenland Hills Equestrian in Laurel Hill, FL. My life has always revolved around two great passions: horses and photography.

My husband proudly served in the Army for 11 years, including four years with 7th Group near Eglin AFB. After much consideration, we made the decision to transition out of active duty and return to the place that captured our hearts — beautiful Okaloosa County.

I began my professional photography journey in 2016, starting with EquiShot Photography, where I specialized in capturing equestrian athletes at nationally rated competitions. Over the years, I’ve also photographed family portraits, weddings, and participated in charitable work through Deployed Love, offering holiday portraits to families with deployed loved ones.

In 2019, I discovered a new creative spark in real estate photography. Since then, I’ve photographed over 1,000 homes and expanded my services to include drone photography, listing videos, agent headshots, 2D floorplans, and custom marketing kits with single-page websites.

While equestrian training is my full-time career, I always make time for my other lifelong passion — photography. Whether it's capturing a family milestone or helping a realtor showcase their next listing, I’m honored to bring your vision to life through my lens.

I’m so excited to continue serving the community here in Okaloosa County — the place that truly feels like home.
